For those keen to do the Regional Championships (June 22/23) this Open Day is the perfect lead up race. It is held on the same course so you can familiarise yourself with your event. Info here:

It is open to all athletes and bear in mind there is no cross country event at Preston Reservoir because of the long weekend.
