Hi parents/guardians,

Presentation Day is fast approaching and as mentioned at our last competition, it is something we need to lock in ASAP.

We have decided on Wyncity Keon Park Bowling as the venue and we will be booking the entire venue for our club.

Details are:

Saturday 1st April from 2-4pm
Wyncity Keon Park Bowling (Keon Parade, Keon Park)

Athletes- CLUB TO COVER COST (1 game of Bowling/Food/Drink/20 minutes of arcade time)

Option 1: Adults $25 (1 game of Bowling and food)
Option 2: Kids (Siblings aged 6 and over) $20 (1 game of Bowling and food)
Option 3: $25 (1 game of Bowling, food, and 20 minutes of arcade time. Drinks not covered)
Option 4. Supervising adult $5 (Food included. Drinks not covered)
Option 5: U5 or younger – Free

We will need numbers/names and payment in advance as 1. We will be required to supply names of bowlers in the venue prior to the day so they can be entered into the system before we arrive which will save time on the day, and 2. We will have to finalise payment with the venue prior to the day. As we will be required to pay for anyone who has stated they are attending (whether they turn up on the day or not) all payments will be non-refundable. Payment must be received by us when you confirm your attendance and option/s, until payment is received attendance is not guaranteed. You will be able to pay at the canteen and we must have numbers finalised by Friday 10th March
