PRLAC Training will commence Wednesday 24th from 5-6pm. We will focus on starts for sprints, discus and long jump. Free to all PRLAC athletes.
We will meet at the top at the stairs/call room area at 5pm.
Note to athletes in in U11 and older: If you own spikes, it is recommended you bring them and use them- ‘train in what you use to compete’ i.e. if you will use spikes on a Saturday, wear them for training.
Uniform is not required to be worn. Please bring a drink bottle and a hat.
