The Commitee would like to notify all members our upcoming AGM.

The AGM will be held at 8:45am on Saturday 13th March 2021, which will be followed immediately by our annual Championship Day competition at Edwardes Lake Park, Edwardes Street Reservoir

As a quorum is required before an AGM can be held we will require a minimum number of members who accepted voting rights in attendance before we can proceed.
Please arrive by 8:15am as per our usual Saturday morning timetable to ensure the AGM can be completed in a timely manner.

Nomination forms are attached should members wish to nominate themselves or others for Committee positions. We will also have forms available on the day.

Our helpers will be on hand to entertain the athletes during the AGM.
