Parent Helper duties required for Saturday

Hi all,

We will be trialling a new roster system for the next two competition days until the Christmas break of rostering parents/families to age groups instead of events. This is in response to feedback from families. This involves the parents that are rostered (either by volunteering prior to Wednesday night or being allocated on Thursday) following the age group around to each event to run and support the delivery of that age groups events (spiking, raking, measuring, recording etc) for the day. In addition to these age group parent helper roles, we still require our general competition roles such as first aid, starting, marshalling and canteen.

We require the following parent helpers for this Saturday's (program 5) competition.
Under 6s B & G (3 required)
Under 7s B & G (3 required)
Under 8s BOYS (3 required)
Under 8s GIRLS (3 required)
Under 9s BOYS (3 required)
Under 9s GIRLS (3 required)
Under 10s BOYS (3 required)
Under 10s GIRLS (3 required)
Under 11s B & G (3 required)
Under 12s B & G (3 required)
Under 13s B & G (3 required)

Starting (1 more required)
Marshalling (2 required)

Please comment below by Wednesday night if you can fill the voids otherwise, we will be allocating families (from full member base) to fill the gaps. Having all the duties filled will help us to finish on time.

IMPORTANT – If you are away/unavailable to assist this weekend, please indicate on the form below. We have unfortunately had a number of families recently who we have rostered on but haven’t shown up, to help us prevent this from happening, if you know you are unable to make it as you are going away etc, please help us by advising us of this through the link below.
