Hi Families,

Please find attached our roster for Saturday 8th November 2025

Thank you to the families that self-allocated. For those who didn’t, please check the roster to see if you have been allocated a duty. If you are unable to fulfil your duty, it is YOUR responsibility to organise a replacement. These duties are for the entire meet.

To check in for your duty, please come and see us at the finish line at 8:15am during the athlete warm up where you can sign in, collect your volunteer vest, walkie talkie (one per event) and be advised of any other important information for the week’s meet. It is also important to note that for safety reasons, we expect parents on the roster fulfilling a duty to be wearing closed footwear.
