Training this week

This season we will be running weekly general centre training each Wednesday night from 5:30-6:30pm. Complementing centre training is a series of workshops throughout the season focusing on specialised skills and areas of track and field. Tonight we have another specialised workshop with Relays Training ahead of the upcoming Relay Carnivals.
No workshop training session this week due to the Melbourne Cup public holiday.
WED 5 NOV from 5:30-6:30pm – GENERAL TRAINING (ALL AGES)
Our general centre training commences weekly from this Wednesday night for athletes of all age groups. Our enthusiastic team of coaches will be on hand providing age-appropriate training sessions on a range of different skills such as Relays, Triple Hump, Discus, Hurdles.
