This Saturday we will be running Program 3. As always, please arrive by 8:15am ready for an 8:30am start.

Set up commences at 7am and we would really appreciate help to set up the program for our athletes ahead of the day.

PROGRAM
U6-U8: 100m, 70m, Shot Put, Long Jump
U9-U10: 100m, 800m, Shot Put, High Jump
U11-U12: 100m, 800m, Shot Put, Triple Jump
U13-U17: 100m, 800m, Discus, High Jump
